Our company has development and internship programs carried out to identify and develop young talents. In our company where apprenticeship and bachelor's degree internship programs are applied, our primary goal is to be with young people who will improve themselves in terms of knowledge and experience.
Apprenticeship Program
Our students, who receive practical training in our facilities 4 days a week as of the 1st grade of High School, study at the Vocational Training Center for 1 day to receive their basic education.
Bachelor's Internship Program
In compulsory short-term and long-term internships, especially in the 3rd and 4th grades of Engineering programs, certain periods are accepted, considering our capacity.
Students in both programs are given priority in the recruitment processes in the following periods and are employed if they meet the appropriate criteria.
